Topic: Wildlife in USA
I have been visiting the western USA regularly since 2002, and have enjoyed photographing it’s wildlife and landscapes. My professional background is in entomology, but insects are not my favourite photographic subjects. I’ve always been interested in photographing in the natural environment, mammals in particular. More recently, I have become especially keen on lizards, and then trees. Also, my camera does capture the occasional bird or flower. I am an opportunistic photographer, so my photography has to fit in with my lifestyle when visiting the USA, which revolves around camping and hiking.
