Peter has setup a group on WHATSAPP to allow people to connect regarding meeting up for astro photography outings.
The main purpose of the group is to give people the ability to meet up with others to make it safer for us in the dark, rather than being out alone.
The group is not to create workshop type environments, but these may eventuate as the group matures.
You need to be responsible for your own transport arrangements or get together with others to car pool. Please be aware that some may want to stay out until say 9pm, while others might wish to stay out all night.
The group has seven members so far, a mix of genders, and astro photography experience.
The group also includes some non NPSNZ members who are accomplished astro photographers.
