Saturday 11th November 2023, Armistice Day, saw a group of 5 keen Photographers gathered at Kiosk in the Botanical Gardens. We wandered past the nesting Shags stopping to take a few cute duckling snaps , admired the Rose Garden a quick coffee and on to the Bridge of Remembrance. It was about 11am we were in time, 11.11. at 11am was the official signing of the end of WW1, in 1918. The ceremony was very moving a time to remember and thank all involved for their service.
