Lily Flowers – NPSNZ Pop Up Field Trips

On the 29th Dec 2019 and 26th Jan 2020, NPSNZ members were invited to Bev’s home to view and photograph her outstanding array of exotic lilies. Calls of “WOW” and “Come and look at this one” were frequent as we strolled among the plots and pots filling every available space. As well as lilies, there were some huge swan plants in flower, inhabited by numerous Monarch caterpillars. On Jan 26th. we were blessed with perfect light for photos until the sun appeared around 11am when we retreated indoors for a chat and drink.
Thank you Bev, for the chance to see these gorgeous blooms. We’d love to come again.
