On a cool sunny winter’s morning 9 members met in the Christchurch Botanical Gardens to check out the magnolias. However the frosts earlier in the week damaged the flowers but we did find a few which were worthy of making an image. Not to be put off we did find some crocuses, great areas of daffodils, geese, ducks and others subjects to photograph on our meander towards the compulsory coffee at the Ilex. Great company and interesting conversations to complete the morning
