8 attendees, including a new member Peter, met near the Communication Tower around 7.30pm. We walked up to the dog park where we viewed the amazing layers of cloud over the eastern side of the city. When the sun broke through, the evening light on the foothills and CBD was beautiful. We encountered a few friendly dogs and their owners. Going back to the dog park carpark we witnessed a beautiful array of sunset colours coming through a gap in the clouds. We all left before 9.00pm after enjoying the pleasant evening light and great company.
