The Christchurch Botanical gardens is always a great destination for photographers, tourists, young parents pushing strollers, ducks and Canada geese, the latter I would definitely prefer not to see.
The maples and flowering cherries were showing their full autumn colours and there were some lovely surprises to be found. Seven members dispersed to different parts of the gardens then converged to the Ilex cafe for the usual coffee and chat. A special welcome to Linda for attending her first club photography trip.
